Civil Engineering Firm Moves From Tenant to Property Owner

ANAHEIM, CA-Civil engineering firm decides time is right to move and acquire own building after years as a tenant in Santa Ana.

The civil engineering firm, which had been leasing space in Santa Ana for many years, decided it was time to purchase its own faclity. Executives at DRC determined that the 11,758-sf building, located at 8175 E. Kaiser Blvd,. is a prime location for the firm to grow. The building only needs minor modifications before the firm moves in.

Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented DRC and seller The Clifford Companies, a Newport Beach-based investment firm.
