Fragrance Packing Firm Renews in Harrison

HARRISON, NY-D. Douglas Virtue Ltd. has renewed its corporate headquarters lease at Harrison Executive Park, according to area brokerage firm McCarthy O'Callaghan Company Inc.

The deal at 3010 Westchester Ave., a 66,500 sf office building, was reported by McCarthy O'Callaghan Company Inc., of White Plains, which represented the tenant. Seaboard Property Management represented the building owner.
