Lennar Homes Leases Office Space in the Suburbs

ORLANDO-The Orlando division of the Texas-based builder is taking the entire fourth and seventh floors totaling 19,222 sf for five years at FOA Orlando's 151 Wymore Road Building in Altamonte Springs, FL.

In the other transactions, Exxon Mobil Corp. is taking 856 sf for three years at the 2180 Sanlando Center in suburban Longwood, FL.; and Barron Chase Securities is leasing 1,000 sf for one year at the 33 East Robinson Building in Downtown Orlando. Carter's Tom Cook and John Doran handled both transactions.
