Its portfolio consists of 165 communities, with 51,915 residential home sites and 1,359 park model/RV sites in 34 states. In addition, Chateau manages 46 manufactured home communities with approximately 10,200 residential home sites and 175 park model/RV sites. The company also owns or has options on 12 undeveloped communities which, when completed, will contain about 4,700 sites.
