DENVER-It's looking rosy for Design Fabricators, which has just sealed a $5-million loan for its 199,116-sf industrial property. A Wall Street conduit firm is financing the transaction that carries a 75% loan-to-value ratio.

The one-year-old Cohen Financial's Denver office has secured the 10-year loan, which has a 30-year amortization and a 75% loan-to-value ratio. A Wall Street conduit firm is funding the transaction.

Design Fabricators is the sole occupant of the structure, located at 555 Aspen Ridge Dr. in Lafayette, a suburb near Boulder. The cabinet company specializes in high-end custom commercial fixtures and furniture.
