Lagasse Bros. Inc. signed a five-year lease for the space, at 8880 Rex Road. The building is inside the Pico Rivera Business Center.

New Orleans-based Lagasse will use its new space for warehouse and distribution purposes.

The San Gabriel office of Grubb & Ellis represented Lagasse. The landlord, City of Industry-based Majestic/AMB Pico RiveraAssociates LLC, represented itself.
