Adding to that presence, the company has just acquired Whispering Hills, a 220-unit garden apartment complex in Allentown, PA, a short way across the Delaware River from New Jersey in the northeast corner of the Keystone State.The seller was Wentwood Capital Fund Partners IV, based in Houston, TX. The transaction, valued at more than $7.1 million, was negotiated by Jeff Weiner and Rob Holland of Kislak Realty, Woodbridge, NJ. Kushner's residential portfolio now stretches beyond New Jersey to New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Florida.
