The keynote address will be delivered by Timothy H. Callahan, president and CEO of Equity Office Properties Trust, the Chicago-based REIT that is the nation's biggest office building owner.

Other featured speakers include: K. Dane Brooksher, chairman and CEO of Denver-based distribution-facility giant ProLogis; Rick Campo, chairman and CEO of Houston-based apartment REIT Camden Property Trust; and Glen L. Carpenter, chairman and CEO of Newport Beach-based REIT Pacific Gulf Properties Inc.

Two other top real estate executives will round out the list of featured speakers. The first is Victor Coleman, president of LA-based Arden Realty Inc., one of California's biggest office landlords.
