Electric Components Manufacturer Relocating Locally to New Space

ANAHEIM, CA-Watlow Electric Manufacturing Co. will move to a new facility within Anaheim next month after signing a seven-year lease with Kilroy Realty.

The St. Louis-based wholesaler of electric parts and components will use the building at 1400 N. Kellogg Dr. for light manufacturing and distribution. Relocating from its current facility in Anaheim, Watlow is expected to move into the new space next month.

Brokers from Grubb & Ellis' Ontario and Anaheim offices represented Watlow in the transaction. Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office represented the owner, Kilroy Realty Corp. of ElSegundo.
