Eyewear Firm Prescribes Move to Simi Valley

LOS ANGELES-Revolutionary Eyewear pays $2.6 million for 29,769 sf of space and in Simi Valley, and plans to relocate its headquarters there from Van Nuys.

The new building is at 997 Flower Glen St. The freestanding structure overlooks Simi Valley and has both industrial and office space.

Revolution Eyewear was represented by the WoodlandHills office of TOLD Partners. The Conejo Valley office of Mid Valley Properties represented the seller, a private partnership known as Hillside IVLLC.
