The Denver-based Etkin Johnson Group is developing the Lafayette Corporate Campus, which eventually will have 1.5 million sf of high-tech office and office/flex space. The campus is near US 36, the corridor that links Denver and Boulder.
Mike Lisa, LCIS facilities manager, says the company is attracted to the campus because of its easy access to Denver and Boulder, excellent views, competitive lease rates and proximity to other high-profile companies.
Logicon is headquartered in Herndon, VA. In Colorado, it is outgrowing its space in Longmont, which, like Lafayette, is near Boulder.
Logicon's LCIS unit is headquartered in Bohemia, NY. It specializes in implementing, managing and support for computer operations for universities, financial institutions and health care providers. Logicon, with $1.5 billion in sales, is a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Co.
