REDWOOD CITY, CA- Irvine Apartment Communities is building a 206-unit complex on just over four acres near the downtown area, which is undergoing redevelopment. The project should be finished by the end of next year.
The Newport Beach, Calif.-based developer said the complex's one- and two-bedroom apartments will rent for $2,500 to about $4,000 a month, and should be finished by the end of next year. The project also includes between 5,000 and 10,000 sf of retail space.
