The $24 million financing package comprises $5.04 million for the Miramar Service Center I Ltd., a planned warehouse at 2501 SW 160th Ave.; $6.2 million for the Miramar Flex Three Ltd. warehouse at 15800 SW 25th St.; and $12.75 million for an office building owned by Miramar Office A Ltd. at Interstate 75 and Miramar Parkway. General contractor Itasca Construction Associates is building the three projects.
