Bradley helped establish his firm's foothold in San Diego two decades ago. Since beginning his career, Bradley has managed to grow the local Colliers International offices in San Diego County from four persons to an organization with more than 50 brokers and a support staff of 30.

The commercial real estate company, which has more than 250 offices in 52 countries around the world, posted revenue of over $900 million last year--second only to CB Richard Ellis.

Bradley will be turning over the management of the company to Bill Rodewald, the current executive managing director for the Southwest region, and James Zimsky, managing director of the San Diego office.

"I feel comfortable that I am turning over the management of Colliers to extremely capable individuals who will further enhance our reputation and productivity," Bradley says.

Bradley, an integral part of San Diego County's commercial real estate scene since the early 1970s, says he will continue to work as a consultant, but plans to set aside time for managing personal investments and family activities.
