The company has paid $150,000 to buy Bingo Bonanza from Beau Gators Inc. The closed halls are Ponderosa Bingo, also in Goose Creek, and Beacon Bingo in Ladson, SC. - both properties that had been classified as under-performers. The acquisition is being touted as step toward a strategic realignment of its holdings to become a market leader in South Carolina.

Earlier this year, the publicly traded company initiated management changes, name change and headquarters relocation from West Columbia, SC, to Austin. Littlefield also pulled out of the video gaming business in South Carolina after legislative action made the activity illegal. The company, which had owned 800 video machines in South Carolina, has restructured its business around bingo. Its 19-facility portfolio encompasses Alabama, Texas and South Carolina.
