The Feist & Feist organization, founded in 1903 and for most of its life based in Newark, is now based in suburban Roseland, NJ. Its client roster includes General Foods, Merck, Phillip Morris, Anheuser-Busch, Hoffman-La Roche, Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson, Prudential and Rutgers University.
The buyer, which was represented in the transaction by Linda Cinelli of Century 21 Worden & Green, has indicated it plans to seek approvals to develop a 116,500-sf combination office and medical park, plus a day care facility.
