Robert Swinney has joined the mechanical/electrical/plumbing division. He has more than 25 years of experience. He will serve as a senior mechanical engineer and will be responsible for mechanical design and new client acquisition. Scott Williams has joined on to oversee design of waste water treatment plants in Missouri and Kansas. Paul Dolter has joined as AM/FM/GIS consultant. He will be responsible for consulting services and facilities management.
