IA-Dallas currently is working on an 85,000-sf call center for Wells Fargo Bank in Lubbock, TX and overseeing space planning, strategic planning and facilities data base management for Bank of America's 3.5-million sf Southwest office portfolio as well as Siebel Systems' projects in Dallas, Houston, Mexico, Minneapolis and Irvine, CA.
In addition, Sharon Holman Rae has been named executive vice president of corporate relations for Hillwood, a real estate management firm based here. The 14-year veteran of the public relations industry will be responsible for corporate-wide marketing and branding strategies. A former member of the Perot team, she most recently had worked as vice president of public relations for Excel Communications Inc. in Dallas.
