Prior to her stint at RedBricks.com, Olmstead was a partner at Arthur Anderson. While there, she executed private equity and debt placements, REIT IPO advising, and M&A transactions. Her experience has also included loan production, asset management and property acquisitions.
IStar is a publicly-traded company focused on financing for the commercial real estate industry. At the end of 1999, the company held a $4 billion portfolio of loans and net leases across the United States.
