Richard Van Houten, Jr., vice president in the Parsippany, NJ office of the Trammell Crow Co. engineered the sale. The sale was actually more of as disposition process, because TCC had to facilitate development of RFP specs in order to develop total project cleanup costs. The site will require some remediation.

The process also included establishing values for a sizable inventory of machinery and equipment, much of it aging. Most of that machinery and equipment will be sold via both auction and bulk sale.
