Robin Burke, USAA Realty's director of real estate, heads the leasing team. Burke is responsible for leasing other properties in the DC metro area including Sequoia Plaza and 1900 Campus Commons Drive. She also provides tenant representation and other real estate services to clients in the Washington, DC metro area.
The building was acquired by Washington Real Estate Equities REIT 1 and Greystone 127 LLC in October. Republic Place offers its tenants a variety of amenities including a roof-top terrace, concierge services, exercise facility, on-site property management and garage parking.
