According to Nicholas Kolopoulous, vice president of the company, Delphi wanted to remain in the city. "It's a major hub," he tells Globest.com. "Most of our clients come into Boston and its convenient for our employees." The company currently has 50 employees.

The company began looking for new offices last year before lease rates began to skyrocket. When it started looking, rates were in the $30s per foot; within a few months, at the end of June, Delphi finalized the deal with a lease rate in the low $40s. "We were lucky to get a lease rate before the madness," notes Koulopoulos. "It's a great building in a great location." Lease rates in the city have gone as high as the $80s per sf recently. Ten Post Office Square was recently bought by Walton Street Capital, LLC.
