DALLAS-Kennedy-Wilson Brokerage Services has snagged an exclusive leasing assignment for Parkway Vista, a spec office project in Plano.
The 35,000-sf, two-story building will deliver in August 2001. The project, located at 5072 Plano Parkway, is being developed by Realty Capital Corp. The structure is Mediterranean-style and complemented by covered parking. The building boasts a flexible design so that it can be readily subdivided for multiple tenants or leased to an entity.
