Arrowhead Summit Acquisitions purchased the Arrowhead Summit Apartments, a 412-unit complex at 18330 N. 79th Ave. in Glendale, for $31.5 million. The sale price equates to $76,456 per unit.
The project is near the Loop 101, which loops through the West Valley, connecting up Interstates 17 and 10.
The project was sold by San Diego-based Fairfield, which recently built it. The Phoenix office of Hendricks & Partners negotiated the deal.
