Barry Synnott, a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, notes that Coldwell helped lease up an existing 27,000-sf retail property nearby for local developer Bob Vossi. Currently, Vossi has obtained preliminary site plan approval for the new retail center and is in the approval process for final site plan approval.
Meanwhile, Synnott reveals that a 15,000 sf lease at the retail center is under contract. In addition, deals for 20,000 sf and 24,0000 sf are in negotiations.
