The law firm of Greenberg Traurig is moving from its One Camelback high-rise, at Central Avenue and Camelback, to the new Hines building at the southwest corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road. The firm, an affiliate of a Florida firm, broke from O'Connor Cavanaugh last year.

Greenberg Traurig will take the seventh and eighth floors of the new Hines project.

The Camelback Corridor has increasingly become the most popular location for office tenants in the past few years, and the corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road is at ground zero of that bulging demand.
