John Papadopoulos is New Property Manager for Denholtz

RAHWAY, NJ-Former manager of the 660,000-sf Glenpointe in Teaneck has been named to take over several of the developer's key properties in Northern New Jersey.

Papadopoulos comes to the Denholtz assignment from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises (Hackensack, NJ), for whom he managed Glenpointe, a 660,000-sf office and retail complex in Teaneck, NJ. Earlier in his career, he held property management positions at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York, and for Yves St. Laurent and Leica USA.

Denholtz is a privately held development, investment and management company active in office, industrial, flex and retail properties on the East Coast.
