The reason for the purchase is both expansion and relocation for the company, which previously was located in Anaheim. The firm, a retail establishment that sells car rims and tires, has already occupied the new space located at 1426 N. Burton Pl.

Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented theseller, Lester Tjelmeland, and Ashwill & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
