South Bay Office Park Sells for $18.2 Mil

TORRANCE, CA-A group of Orange County investors moves north, buying a 152,000-sf Torrance complex.

The office complex is commonly known as Torrance Center South. It stands in the 21000 block of South Western Avenue in Torrance.

The seller is Southwest Value Partners, a private investment group based in Torrance. The buyer is Laguna Hills-based TCS Office Park, another private group.

Southwest Value Partners was represented by the South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis. The buyer was repped by Colliers Seeley.
