Apparel Manufacturer Leases Distribution Center

IRVINE, CA-Ray's Apparel of Costa Mesa has already occupied a new distribution space it leased for five years.

The Costa Mesa-based manufacturer of casual apparel has already occupied the facility located at 1802 Kettering for a distribution center. This is a new location for the firm.

Grubb & Ellis' Newport Beach office represented the tenant in the transaction. Brokers from CB Richard Ellis represented the owner, Landco of Los Angeles.
