Construction Manager Signs for New Harborside Building

JERSEY CITY-Jeffrey M. Brown Associates will be in charge of putting the Plaza X office structure in the ground for developer Mack-Cali Realty Corp. This is the first of three planned for the site.

Charles Schwab will occupy the majority of the complex, for which construction is scheduled to begin next month. A summer of 2002 completion is projected. The Brown organization was also recently awarded the contract for the 1.5 million-sf Plaza V project at HFC, and recently completed Plaza IVA at Harborside for Mack-Cali.
