ORLANDO-Shannon Strobel and Weaver and Winter Park-based Essex Builders Group have completed the 13-month construction of Toscana at MetroWest, a 236-unit multifamily complex in southwest Orlando.
Monthly rents range from $735 to $1,435. Apartment units are 725 sf to 1,475 sf. Essex completed $80 million worth of projects in 1999. Shannon Strobel principals are Mike Shannon, David Strobel and Hadley Weaver.
