Le Meridien Sets $10-Mil Renovation

LOS ANGELES-Hotelier plans fresh decor and computer hook-ups in each room of swank Beverly Hills-area property.

The development stands at the corner of La Cienega Boulevard and Burton Way. The rehab will include the installation of computer hook-ups in each guest room, a spokesman for the hotel says.

The property, formerly known as Hotel Nikko, was purchased in 1999 from privately held Beverly Park Associates and promptly renamed Le Meridien at Beverly Hills. The renovation will be completed next year.
