Netpace Hopes to Set Pace With Wireless Apartment Guide

UNION CITY, CA-The Union City-based company's product provides constantly updated apartment and housing information via a variety of mobile phones and PDAs. The product is being marketed to a host of Internet sites for rental properties that cater to consumers.

A source with the company says Netpace's guide is positioned to serve sites such as Homestore.com, Apartments.com and VacancyNet.com. "People are now finding that they have to travel farther and pay more with rents continuing to climb," says a company source. "Our apartment guide allows users to conveniently access listings, reducing their search time considerably."
