Movicom, Argentina's largest cellular technology company, has awarded the management of 535,300 sf to U.S. Equities. This assignment encompasses 40 offices and retail properties and a data center, including the management of Movicom's headquarters facility in the renowned Laminar building.
Argencard, an issuer of MasterCard in Argentina, has retained U.S. Equities to manage a nearly 180,800-sf portfolio in four Buenos Aires locations including office buildings and a 24-hour data center.
