Danner Shoe Expands Local Operations With 63,000-SF Southshore Lease

PORTLAND-Danner is retianing retain its existing 30,000-sf boot manufacturing facility on Airport Way. What developer Catellus Development hasn't sold of the 214-acre corporate park is all but 100% leased.

What Catellus hasn't sold of the 214-acre corporate park is now fully-leased for all intents and purposes. Tom Talbot of Grubb & Ellis is the listing agent. Talbot, formerly a top-producing vice president with CB Richard Ellis Inc., accepted his senior vice president position with Grubb & Ellis' industrial services group this fall.
