In the first of the three recent deals here (Insignia/ESG represented the corporate center's owner, a local partnership, in all three), Enercon Systems, which provides engineering services for nuclear power plants, has leased 4,400 sf, expanding its space commitment to some 8,500 sf. CB Richard Ellis represented Enercom.
Next, Rudolph Technology Inc., which specializes in computer R&D services, grew its space in three separate transactions to a total occupancy of almost 25,000 sf (Insignia/ESG also represented Rudolph). And Bulova Technology, which specializes in defense engineering, grew its space from 1,700 sf to 4,300 sf.
Mt. Arlington Corporate Center consists of almost 260,000 sf of office space. It's part of the 270-acre Mt. Arlington Planned Unit Development, which includes residential and retail components, plus a hotel, child- care and restaurant properties. The Atkins Cos. of West Orange, NJ conceived the PUD.
