LOS ANGELES-Private investors purchase the 108,863-sf Town Center Office Park.

The 108,863-sf Town Center Office Park stands in the 2500 block of Cherry Avenue. The two-building complex was 84% leased at the time ofsale. The buyer is a Torrance-based private partnership known as Signal Hill LLC.

Matlow-Kennedy and the South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis represented both the seller, San Francisco-based Winship Properties, and the buyer.
