In another recent lease, UCR has signed the Bombay Outlet to 5,000 sf of new construction at the 300,000-sf The Crossing, located at Texas 26 and Precinct Line in North Richland Hills. UCR has handled the negotiations. The Crossing is owned by Trademark Cos.
