Haverford Capital specializes in equity and mezzanine financing. Though company officials won't disclose complete terms of the deal with LA-based Maguire Partners, it says the new financing package is for more than $9 million.
Maguire Partners began building the complex, at 1733 Ocean Ave., on a speculative basis in October. The four-story, 91,000-sf project is expected to be completed by next November.
