Suzanne Goldstein Baker, formerly director of Bank One, will head the new group. Nancy Scott-Rudnick joins LaSalle as assistant vice president. Prior to joining LaSalle, she was a manager at Bank One. Jerome A. Waller joins LaSalle as assistant administrator. He was with Bank One for seven years, most recently as an exchange specialist.
