In the largest of the three, Raza Foundries has taken nearly 19,000 sf at 960 Holmdel Rd. in Holmdel, subleasing it from 3Com and signing a direct lease for an additional term from building owner Bergman Real Estate Group.
Next, Forest Electric has taken 7,025 sf at 160 Raritan Center Pkwy. in Edison. Finally, Belenos, a computer networks manufacturer, has signed a 5,756-sf lease at 2 Research Way in Princeton.
