Eden Wood is positioning the properties as flex space and has targeted back-office, high-tech and telecom companies. According to Eden Wood vice president Amy Neu, "We are prepared to make additional investments in the property for an appropriate tenant."

Within the 84,500 sf is an office component of about 8,500 sf. Recent improvements have included new sprinkler systems and some exterior cosmetic work, and future plans include revamped parking facilities.
