Storage Mart Picks Stiles to Lease 80,000-SF Pompano Plaza

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Stiles Retail Group is also marketing the 12,000-sf free-standing retail outparcel building fronting South Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, 32 miles north of Downtown Miami. The shopping center is expected to be completed by the first quarter.

Minimum bay size is 1,200 sf. Triple net leases will begin at $14 per sf plus $2.50 per sf management fee. The firm is targeting national and local restaurants and retailers. Stiles' Michael Russell is leasing agent.

Stiles Retail Group is a division of Stiles Corp, a full-service commercial real estate development and investment company with a portfolio of 20 million sf of office, industrial and retail in the Southeast.
