Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle Finishes Design Work on New Building

SAN DIEGO-A local architectural firm has completed design work for a 24,000-sf office building in the University Towne Centre area.

The architectural design firm is doing the work for Purple Mountain Empire I at 4475 Executive Drive. The $3.1 million facility includes a four-story stainless steel-clad lobby rotunda, and a glass atrium with a two-level staircase and a seating area.

Construction has been brisk in the UTC submarket, where a variety of types of businesses, from software developers to financial services firms, have relocated in recent months.
