Johnson & Jennings General Contracting has launched tenant improvements on the new 40,000-sf offices for eHNC Software in the Pacific Business Park, 9477 Waples St.
The contractor is completely renovating the two-story concrete building as part of the $1.7-million project, which includes a second-floor mezzanine.
Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle is the interior designer and space planner for the project.
