The agency reports the new directors include: Stephen B. Bram, president of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.; Jim Girodano, executive vice president/administrator for Good Samaritan Hospital; Judith Hershaft, president of Innovative Plastics Corp.; John Mott, general manager of Palisades Center; Robert E, Seaman III, general counsel of Jacom Computer Services; and Serge Seguin, president of Shock Tech.
In addition, the agency amended its bylaws to create a Director Emeritus position. The Board then voted to have Karl Kirchner, president of Karl A. Kirchner Inc. fill the new post for the coming year. The Director Emeritus, while serving as an active Board Director, will not be a voting member of the Board.
