The first property will consist of over 100,000 sf and over 700 storage spaces in north suburban Libertyville in Northwind Business Center, Route 45 and Peterson Road. The second project, located in southwest suburban Joliet near the intersection of Essington and Caton Farm roads next to the West River Crossings Shopping Center, will consist of over 75,000 sf and over 600 storage units.

Each facility is scheduled to open by mid-summer 2001. Ray Flores, project manager, Bob Murnick, superintendent, and Roger Wolden, superintendent, will manage and supervise the projects for Principle. Victor Benedetto of Benedetto & Associates is architect.

Each climate-controlled building will include high-tech security alarms, high-definition video surveillance and computer-controlled gate access systems. Four Seasons Self Storage differentiates itself from other storage firms by bringing storage out of a warehouse environment and into a local retail trade area convenient for both residential and business customers.
