CarrAmerica owns, develops and operates office properties in 14 markets nationwide. The Brand Partner program was initiated by CarrAmerica to give new tenants a list of preferred providers for specific services. NetSolve currently provides management network services and Web-based site management at 48 CarrAmerica sites in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Los Angeles/Orange County, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, South Florida and metropolitan Washington, D.C. The company also has 17 office buildings under development in these markets.
The partnership allows CarrAmerica customers to access NetSolve's life-cycle network management services, such as, ProWatch for WANs and LANs plus NetSolve's Web-based remote monitoring tool, ProWatch Exchange and ProWatch Secure, a firewall and remote intrusion and detection service.
NetSolve's customer base consists of more than 1,200 small and mid-sized companies representing 25,000 sites in 42 countries. The five-year-old NetSolve headquarters on Riata Trace Parkway.
