Clise Properties Must Submit EIS for Fifth Avenue Office Tower

SEATTLE, WA-The Seattle-based property management and development company has begun stepping through the City's hoops to obtain approval for its proposed 16-story Denny Regrade office tower.

Clise's early-stage plans for the office tower include 592,000 sf of office space, an 11,151-sf child center, 13,223 sf of retail and 615 stalls of structured parking. A portion of the development site, 2301 Sixth Avenue, is presently home to a car dealership, Frederick Cadillac Ltd. Management there was not immediately available to comment on its relocation plans. Clise's project manager for the tower is Richard Stevenson.
